Sales & Marketing manager for new hay producer in Oxfordshire

We are a new, exciting agricultural start-up business that we have set up on our established family-run farm in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside (Deddington). The company has been formed to make, market and sell premium hay which we will make using a new innovative process. Such a process will enable us to create a market-leading product every year regardless of weather conditions. And we, therefore, believe we have a very exciting opportunity to position ourselves as one of the top hay producers in the UK.
