MERLIN - LEAD-REIN AND RIDING SHETLAND

Merlin, roughly 9Hh, 7 year old Shetland Skewbald Gelding.
Absolutely hilarious lad, with lots of character. Typical cheeky Shetland.

Could do with some more handling as has been a field companion for a while, but has been brought in from the field on occasions and does his job.

Has been foot perfect with regular work with us.

Leads and will be caught in the field no problem. Loads and travels.
Good for farrier and veterinarians.

Pictured/videos are 2 girls who have never ridden a horse before on him on lead-rein.

He also has been ridden solo and seems to enjoy the work but hasn’t done this beforehand that we are aware of, so is green.

Has on occasion threatened to "nip" but hasn't done this for some time, and is very rare for this. We noticed he done it when he hadn't been worked for some time.
