16 hand, 5 year old thoroughbred for sale

Very sweet natured horse who is foot perfect on the ground and regularly handled by a 10 and 13 year old. He loves fuss and attention and is a big dog on a rope who loves people. He is unraced and was professionally backed as a 3 year old then had 2 years of hacking to mature and develop.

He hacks out alone and in company and is always the first to lead other horses, he’s very bold and nothing fazes him. He has hacked off road aswell and isn’t fussed about any traffic or machinery. Always snaffle mouthed and never strong. In the school he has the most incredible paces and a wicked medium trot so I think he would excel in this discipline. He is green in the school but he has the best attitude towards everything and is a very quick learner.

He has been ridden over poles and done a little bit of jumping and seems to really enjoy this. He’s been ridden by an 11 year old and looked after them the whole time. He’s a really lovely young horse for someone to put there stamp on as I feel he could turn his head to any discipline.

He is barefoot but wears scoot boots when hacking on his fronts and he has really good, solid feet especially for his breed. He has very good breeding and has a weatherbys passport. He’s up to date with teeth, vaccinations and worming.

He does need to travel in a lorry as he just doesn’t like walking into a trailer but he walks into a lorry in 5 minutes and travels like a dream. He also has small sarcoids but they do not effect him at all. His price reflects this. He does also prefer to live out as can weave in a stable.
