Stunning Palomino LR Pony

Sadly for sale due to my daughter moving onto a bigger pony. This stunning gelding has been part of our family for the past 5 years. A true palomino barbie pony!!! We bought him as an unbroken 3yr old and my daughter has done everything herself due to him only being 11.2hh. We have only ever used him for leadrein, so not sure how he would be off the lead. With this in mind, I am only selling him as a lead rein pony. He is not a dope on a rope and has plenty of life about him, just how my daughter likes them!! He will lead off another horse and we often canter up the woods with him on the lead. We hack out all over and he crosses streams, is good in traffic etc.. We have loaded him up and gone on pleasure rides and he loves it. We have had huge success showing him at local level, and he turns heads wherever we go. Loads and travels like a dream. We often use him to babysit young horses in the trailer as he is so good. He is good to clip, bath, trim. Loves been in his stable and has no vices. He can be tricky to catch with new people, but once he has a bond he is fine, and easily bribed with a carrot or 2!

He did not have the best start in life and therefore is nervous of new people. He seems much better with children, but more wary of adults, so must go to a kind understanding home. He is a forward going pony and lots of fun, but not for a nervous unbalanced child. My daughter has never known any different as he is her 1st pony, and he has taught her so much in the time we have had him. I hoped we would have a few more years with him yet, but I need to be realistic and cannot keep on 2 ponies. We have jumped him on the lunge and he absolutely loves it. He never touches a pole and the higher you go, the more he enjoys it! My daughter has done some tiny jumps last summer off the lead, but I was in the middle coaxing him forward!! With a small confident rider to school him on, he would be amazing I'm sure.
