Jack has been out so far this season with the Cross Country Chasers, High Peak Harrier (privately), the Barlow Hunt, the Cotswold Vale Farmer Hunt. References from all available on request. A lovely easy ride considering his age and size. He is ridden by male and female riders including his owner who is 5’2, he is a real gent considering his age and size. In group settings he is never strong or silly, ridden at home in a snaffle and only needs a slightly stronger bit when in the field. Across-country Jack has been nothing short of staggering he is totally honest, bold and clever over a fence/hedge for such a big lad, equally his flatwork is coming along very well. Jack is a top class horse with fantastic paces a real old-fashioned heavyweight stamp, he can and does turn his hoof to any discipline but is proving to be a fantastic hunter, he would also make a top class Heavyweight show horse without a doubt. He schools, jumps, hacks, farm rides (all alone and in company). His roadwork is fantastic - not spooky at all and will go first, middle or last past the largest noisiest traffic. Jack will do any job (all rounder, showing, hunting etc) due to his trainable attitude as he really loves his work.
