Super safe shire x cob

Introducing Cleo 16 hands thirteen years old shire x cob mare, Cleo is the Been there seen it and done it type, super safe, super affectionate, most perfect mare! Ideal beginners ride! Huge confidence giving mare who oozes presence!!

Cleo is snaffle mouthed, easy, light in your hands and nicely schooled she has three superb paces with excellent confirmation. Cleo is totally unflappable, ideal beginners ride as she is super forgiving of her riders and super patient! Ideal RDA type as has been put threw the tests that our RDA clients require such as waving a large sheet around her head and back, throwing and catching a large ball while sitting on her back to a person on the ground. Allowing you to mount from both sides,as some riders have different strength in their legs, and being led, lunged with a rider on her back! Cleo passed all these tests without a care in the world! Needless to say she passed the test with flying colours!

Cleo hacks out alone or in company shes not phased by lorries,buses,diggers and will hack out at the end of the buckle going first or last. She's never spooky or shy and will happily hack out on the busiest of roads passing everything and anything! Cleo has driven in her previous home and has been on local pleasure drives, family fun drives with there local driving club and again is perfect when driven and will happily stand patiently outside the pubs why you have a tipple. Cleo is very much a family horse! Anyone can ride or drive her and she can be handled by children and be led by a wheelchair. You can even lead her pushing a pram!

Cleo has taken part on the local hunt where she behaved impeccably, safe level headed and very willing. She's not phased by the hounds and is very good with all our dogs at home as shown in my videos. Although Cleo is not a world beater she is very willing and happy to jump up to 75" and will go over a ditch. I would say from a jumping aspect she's more of a fun, pleasure horse so local level jumping activities for fun such as hunting,cross country ect as she's a heavy large breed and no world beater when it comes to the jumping side of things, however she's willing and not phased by colour poles,fillers, wings and happy to go threw water.

Cleo has excellent ground manners super loving and affectionate! Loves to be groomed and fussed and happy to please everyone and just really easy to handle and love! Super kind eyes really does show it all about her! She is excellent to shoe,box,clip and loads and travels perfect!
