Rising 3 year old -Grey filly

I have a rising 3 year old grey filly for sale.

She has just started long reining in full tack, she has taken to it very well.

She has regular farrier visits, lives in or out alone and in company.

She will make a great spring project for someone to bring on as their own.

I am finding that I am running out of time to educate her while trying to balance a full time job.

I believe she will make a cracking horse for someone that had the right time to educate her.
