"Rosie" All Rounder

???? ROSIE — A QUALITY IRISH DRAUGHT WITH MORE ABILITY THAN YOU MIGHT EXPECT! ????

16hh 2017 full Irish Draught mare, IHR registered

Rosie is a lovely example of an Irish Draught horse whose steady, laid-back manner hides some serious talent! She loves an outing, enjoys having a job and has plenty to offer a confident rider wanting a quality, capable all-rounder.

She has spent the past month with us for schooling, and we have taken her both cross-country and showjumping, where she has been fantastic — brave, willing and thoroughly enjoying herself. Jumping really brings out the best in her, and she certainly surprises you with her scope and ability!

Her previous experience includes hunting, showing, Pony Club camps, beach rides, fun rides and stay-away outings. She has previously competed over 1m and schooled over 1.20m at home. With three lovely paces, she has plenty to offer on the flat too.

Rosie hacks alone and company, she is lovely and easy to be around not mareish at all, with a lovely nature.

Finding the right match for Rosie is important. Following her sale to a novice home, she has became bored and needs more.

Although experienced steady and capable, she does have the odd opinion about something and just needs to be told, consistent work and an active life has completely stopped this so we would like her to go somewhere she’s kept busy and enjoyed.

We feel she has all the ingredients to make an absolute dream hunter or a top-end riding club horse, with exciting potential for grassroots eventing. A horse to get out, have fun on and enjoy everything she can offer!
