Peter – Future Second Child’s Pony

Bought March 2026 with the aim of producing into a reliable child’s pony.
He has started his education well:
✅ Accepts all tack and works on long lines well
✅ Has had a dummy rider introduced – can be fidgety when first putting it on, but settles quickly once in place and walks happily (only worked in enclosed spaces so far)
✅ Good temperament: never bucked, reared, kicked, or shown aggression towards humans; stands quietly for handling
✅ Naturally a little nervous but has made great progress since coming here
✅ Wolf teeth due to be removed by the end of June 2026
✅ Lives out 24/7 in mixed herd of mares and geldings
Important note: He will NOT be ready for a child to ride within the next month – he needs further consistent training and time to mature.
Reason for sale: No fault of Peter’s. I have an unrelated health issue with another horse (non-contagious, kept separately) which means I can no longer dedicate the time he deserves.
A pony with genuine potential, looking for an experienced home to continue his education.
