"May" Bay Mare All Rounder

My name is May and I am currently looking for a new 5* home. I am a lovely sweet girl with a big personality.

I am 13.2 hh and i am 8 years old. I have been a child's pony previously but have recently discovered i am better suited to an older more condfident rider who can help me further my education. I am a quick learner but need consistant and clear instructions. Im not a huge fan of mounting blocks as i find them quite scary, so dont be alarmed when I wont get too close to one. This is something I have been working on and each time I am getting more confident.

I do get bored of being schooled all the time therefore must be willing to do a variety of things with me. Over the last year I have been practicing my jumping skills however i am a little unfit at the moment so dont jump very often. I've also done a bit of dressage and have even taken part in competitions bringing home rosettes. I enjoy going out for hacks in company or alone, not spooky or silly. I have also done some cross country which was great fun.

I currently wear shoes on my 2 front feet...I quite enjoy a visit from the farrier however a treat or 2 maybe needed as I get a little bored if standing still for too long (not too many though as I can be greedy).

I am also up to date with the dentist and get my teeth checked every 6 months which I dont mind either.

I've had no health problems up to now and I am up to date with my vaccinations.

Im happy to travel places and im always well behaved loading onto a trailer or horse box.

I do enjoy a good grooming session but you might need to tie me up or provide me with some food.

I currently spend my days in the field wearing a muzzle and my nights tucked up in my stable. I am happy to live out but I will need regular exercise as my eyes are bigger than my belly and I will just eat and eat!!

I will come with my saddle, tack and a couple of rugs.

This is not any easy decision to make but is the best thing for May. She has so much potential and with the right education will go far.
