"Silver: ultra quiet, unflappable kick-ride with top-quality ability" Grey Gelding All Rounder

Silver 🤍 A truly rare combination of ultra-quiet, SAFE and mellow personality with Class 1 ability, brains, and talent! 🤍

Silver is a 15.1H, rising 5yo, Class 1 purebred Connemara gelding with an extremely quiet character, and phenomenal scope and bravery over fences

He enjoys showjumping and cross country and is comfortably schooling 1.10 with our rider

He is a true kick-ride, certainly more woah than go in all scenarios, and always schools in a loose ring snaffle

Silver is never hot, sharp, nervous, spooky, strong or bold in any way. We consider him to be very safe and forgiving of a flap or wobble, or bad distance to a jump

Silver is very brave to all natural obstacles and water, he would make a stylish working hunter or hunt horse for a timid rider

He enjoys hacking alone or in company, and is well behaved around traffic, machinery and cows

Silver is very gentle and calm for anyone to handle; easy to catch, shoe, load, tie, plait, wash, etc.

We believe he has stunning, lofty movement for dressage or showing

He jumps with consistent style, great bascule, and a soft landing, making him an excellent choice for an amateur to learn with

He is a very talented, scopey gelding with a very mellow personality; he is easy for an amateur to produce on as a top-quality show horse, or quiet enough for a novice to jump cross rails and go hacking. His kind-hearted, patient personality are a real asset for a nervous rider to lean on.
