K & S Horseboxes was established in 2001 by Igor Shechter, a professional dressage rider for 20 years. With extensive experience of importing dressage horses to the UK from Germany and Holland, he has an in depth understanding of the requirements for equine transport.

We build a range of horseboxes designed to cater to your needs using only the highest quality components and materials, to provide you with a box that will give many years of enjoyable and reliable service and hold its value.

We understand working with the funds available is an important consideration. We'll discuss your precise requirements with you to ensure your box is practical and user friendly with the features you need within the budget you specify.

All coach building work comes with a full warranty. We can also service, maintain, upgrade and repair your horsebox, whether or not we have built it, and offer MOT preparation and insurance repairs.

Clients are encouraged to visit our workshop at Tarrington, Herefordshire to see examples of our horseboxes and meet our specialist team. Igor Shechter himself will personally oversee the completion of your project, whether a full build or simply maintenance or upgrade.
