Listing views

Shows how many people are viewing your adverts. High views can suggest strong buyer interest, good visibility or demand for that type of listing.

Leads

Tracks buyer interest and enquiries, such as messages, email enquiries, phone clicks or other contact actions.

Engagement

Shows how buyers interact with your adverts. This can help you understand whether people are looking at photos, opening adverts or taking further action.

Tip: Don’t read one metric on its own. A listing with lots of views but few leads may need stronger photos, clearer pricing or a more useful description. A listing with fewer views but strong enquiries may be reaching the right buyers.

Improving underperforming adverts

Not every advert performs in the same way. If a listing is getting fewer views, leads or engagement than expected, small updates can often make it clearer and more useful for buyers.
