"Springbourne Ciara" Grey Mare All Rounder
Springbourne Ciara, 11.3hh approx, 13 year old registered Welsh Section A Mare. By Cascob Silverghost out of Springbourne Catkin.
Ciara is a lovely, kind pony with a sweet nature. Her current rider is soon to be outgrowing her, so she is now looking for a new home where she can continue to enjoy a happy and varied life.
She enjoys a bit of everything including:
* Pony club
* Show jumping
* XC
* Dressage
* Local shows
* Arena hires
* Farmland rides
* Beach rides
* Hunting
Hacking - good alone or in company, happily goes first or last. Safe in traffic and good with livestock and farm machinery.
Showjumping - Ciara is great at giving speedy jump-offs with tight turns and has gained 1st place rosettes and champion sashes over the last 12 months. Currently competing at 50/60/70.
Showing - She has also enjoyed showing and is a smart, well-presented pony who would be equally at home in the show ring.
Good to catch, bath, clip and groom. Will happily stand for hours being fussed over.
Easy to load, happy to travel alone or with a companion. Currently travels in a trailor but has also travelled in a lorry no problem.
Ciara thrives on routine, consistency and a kind, quiet approach. She can be a little sharp on occasion, so she would be best suited to a confident, quiet and balanced child rather than a complete novice.
She is also good on the lead rein, making her an ideal pony to share between older and younger children.
With the right rider and home, she has lots to offer and should continue to be a fun and versatile pony.
Happy to live in or out. Currently living out in a mixed herd on a track system.
She is up to date with vaccinations, dentist and farrier and is shod on fronts.
