"Spiritual Pursuit " Bay Mare Ex Racehorse

Spiritual Pursuit (Aka Robin) is a lovely mare with true potential.

She was raced at Wolverhampton and retired from racing sound November 2024.

I bought her in June 2025 as a project while I was at uni.

She has a great brain for learning things and quickly picked up new things such as polework, dressage, walk-canters, canter-walk, medium trot, and has done some small jumps with me. Due to her age I haven't done lots of jumping, however, I believe she will pick it up quickly as she absolutely loves it and has a great attitude to learning.

I have done some unaff dressage at intro and prelim level where she has performed well.

She has lovely movement and her paces are always high scoring in any dressage test we have done.

She will likey do well in a show ring as she is very flashy.

This last year I mainly worked on building muscle, strength and working on her flatwork.

She is ready for her next stage now where she can go and be someones heart horse and will likely excell in any discipline with enough time and work.

I have had her out xc when I first bought her and she was super bold, absolutely loved the water, flew over everything including ditches, drops, steps, combinations, the lot.

While at uni she lived in a small mixed heard and out 24/7 only coming in during really bad days. She wintered well and barely cost anything to run.

She hacks out well alone and in company. She is fab in traffic and is not spooky and often lead older horses past "scary" things while hacking.

She is really well natured and super easy to handle.

Since I have finished uni she has come back home and lives with my mums 3yo colt. She has been mareish since (he has not long been cut and she has been in season) but I have put her on Oestress which has helped a lot.

She has no veterinary history, she is clean limbed and for a thoroughbred has good hooves.

She is good to load, clip, and shoe. She only has front shoes on and has been sound with just fronts on but should be fine if you wanted a full set.

Please message me for any more information. I have lots of videos and photos. I really think this horse will be something special.
