The kind of pony that’s steals your heart from the first meeting. Indie is forward, brave, genuine and we have had the most special 5 years with her.
Sadly, offered for sale due to being outgrown, this much-loved mare is now looking for her next jockey to enjoy all that she has to offer.
Indie is an 11-year-old 13.1hh Appaloosa cross mare who is exceptionally well known on the unaffiliated show jumping circuit, with many wins and placings to her name. Competed and ridden by a capable 15-year-old, brave, honest and consistent everywhere she goes. She is also ridden at home by a novice 11-year-old. She is a very safe and sensible mare, while still being forward and athletic. She has a lovely attitude to her work and is always keen to please. She has proven herself time and time again,
Indie is a true all-rounder, showing, jumping, hacking out alone or in company, she does it all. She absolutely loves her jumping and thrives on having a job to do. Forward thinking, fun and competitive, she is the ideal pony for a child who wants to get out competiting and enjoy success.
I feel Indie would be particularly well suited to a Pony Club or a Show Jumping home, but she is also versatile enough to turn her hoof to pretty much everything. I think she would be a fantastic pony for someone wanting to progress through the levels, attend Pony Club activities, compete or simply just have lots of fun!
My daughter has done a bit of everything with Indie including, unaffiliated Show Jumping, Showing (In Hand and Ridden), Working Hunter, Farm Rides, Beach Rides and plenty of hacking. She attended the Cheshire County Show and qualified for the Easy Chip Unaffiliated Show Jumping at Aintree Racecourse.
She is 100% in every way to box, trim, clip, catch, load and travel and is a pleasure to have around both at home and at competitions.
Indie is looking for a confident young rider who wants to have fun, build a partnership and continue enjoying everything she does best. She is happiest when out and about, whether that’s competing, attending Pony Club Activities, or simply enjoying life with her rider.
This pony is loved beyond words and she deserves a 5 star forever home, she’s loyal, affectionate and has so much love to give. We are looking for someone who will cherish and spoil her in every way. This is an exceptionally sad sale of a much-loved pony and finding the right home is of the utmost importance.
