This remarkable horse has been demonstrating exceptional skill, jump and a willing temperament. Perfect for riders looking to excel in competitions or those seeking a reliable and talented show jumper! Or even just a reliable bombproof hack!

Showjumping/cross country

She will jump absolutely anything you put in front of her, off any stride, with no hesitation. Fillers don't phase her at all, and she confidently jumps water trays and everything else. She’s the kind you just hold and sit to the fence—no encouragement needed, she takes you around with ease. While she does get excited and can be strong when jumping, it’s purely out of eagerness and enjoyment. She comfortably clears jumps 1 metre and scope to go higher.. She isn’t phased by anything, and will work in an arena with other horses bombing past. She has done indoor hunter trial, where she cleared everything without a fault, been to David Broome event centre for showjumping and been cross country schooled at home. I can’t stress it enough that: THIS HORSE WILL JUMP ANYTHING!

Open spaces

She is amazing in open spaces and fields, whether she’s going alone or in a group. She’s been on multiple forest rides and thrives in these environments. While she does get excited and strong, she’s never naughty and always looks after her rider. She is happy to lead or stay behind !

Hacking:

Meet your perfect hacking partner! This mare is an absolute gem, hacking out alone or in company in any traffic. She’s seen it all – lorries, tractors, sheep, cows, dogs – you name it, she’s experienced it. She’ll navigate the heaviest and busiest of traffic without batting an eyelid. The most bombproof horse I’ve ever owned, she’s a true confidence giver to other horses on the road. Whether leading or following, she remains composed, never rushing and standing still even when silly dogs approach.

Competitions

She’s fantastic at stay-away shows, never stressing when placed in a new environment and adapting quickly to new locations. She takes everything in her stride with ease. While she may get excited and jiggle about a bit, she always behaves well. She has been to two stay away shows with us, she wasn’t clingy to the other horses and did everything asked!

Temperament

She will stand to be groomed and bathed all day, and she’s well behaved when being bathed with the hose. She's also perfect to lunge.

She is amazing to clip! Always had full clips in the winter!

She’s very well behaved for the vet, dentist, and farrier. You can leave her with the farrier, and she’ll just stand there and fall asleep.

She has a PRE Spanish passport and would make an excellent mum, as she mothers the Shetlands and goats. She would produce an extraordinary foal with her beautiful colour, paces, and personality. This mare has an amazing and loving temperament. She is calm, responsive, and always eager to please. Her personality shines through as brave and ready to take on new challenges, making her a joy to handle and be around.

She's great in the stable and goes in there at night without any fuss. Has no stable vices.

Travelling:

She arrived to us on a 3.5 lorry, happy and not stressed. She will box a trailer but can be sticky. However, once she's on, she's fine and behaves. She does need further training in trailer loading so this is heavily reflected in her price.

Health

* Up to date with vaccinations, dental care, physiotherapy/back checks, and farrier work.

* No current health issues

Health History

* Developed a splint approximately 2.5 years ago. Assessed by X-ray, which confirmed no permanent damage or impact on performance. The splint is now cold and hard and has never caused any lameness.

A small Grade 1 sarcoid was successfully removed from the groin area via laser treatment approximately 4.5 years ago. There has been no recurrence since removal, no further sarcoids have developed, and it has never caused any issues.

Turnout

This mare is accustomed to being turned out with a gelding Shetland and two goats, and she’s not mareish . She can comfortably be left alone in a field without any stress and respects electric fencing. She has never kicked or bitten another horse and isn’t clingy to those around her. Due to her breed, she doesn’t need much grass. So makes a good dooer.

She will come with bridle and rugs! We have a custom made saddle (made to her) that is available at an extra cost)

This is a genuine and honest sale so I can’t stress it enough that: She is not Suitable for a novice and is not a first pony. She is a spicy mare, and can get very excited and strong when jumping!

But she has so much to give and loves having a job to do! So in the right hands, she truly is amazing. She is safe, and I can confidently leave her go 2 weeks with no riding and then hop on bare back!

The home is extremely important so multiple viewings and rides are welcome as we want someone to love and enjoy her as much as we have!

We will be happy to deliver (if in England or Wales) as we would like to see the home she is going to! She will not just go to anyone and she will not be sold unseen as you have to be right for each-other!
