12.2hh 4yo grey welsh B gelding.

Absolute sweetheart of a pony. Real inquisitive and playful little soul - dog in a horses body!

My 8yo brought him as a project to back and bring on himself which he has done under supervision but without assistance. Jack Jack has been a super star from the get go.

Ground

✅️ Loves attention and fuss

✅️ Bath - done by children

✅️ Catch - follows you round the field

✅️ Handle - "oh yes very good" Tommy's words 😂

✅️ Farrier - stood very still

✅️ Load - was sticky to collect but trained by Tommy and now a dream

✅️ Travel - very quiet dont know hes on board.

✅️ Dentist - very good boy no sedation needed.

✅️ Lovely paces

✅️ clean climbed no blemishes

➡️ Clipping untried but will be done if he starts getting too fluffy! Tommy says he was fine when stood next to others being clipped.

Ridden

He is green as expected for a pony his age and stage in education but has shown a real acceptance and willing attitude to training. I wouldn't let Tommy work with him like he has if I had any concerns. The worst he has done is a few little spooks (we have a chicken pen alongside the arena and they like to fly up onto the fence just as youre riding past!). Always snaffle mouthed. Being produced to be more woah than go but at this stage you could produce him to be whatever you want!
