Although he is a big lad he is light to ride and carries himself, I'm 5 foot 3 and don't struggle

A quality horse with exceptional breeding, talent, and temperament. Gin is a true gentleman who turns heads wherever he goes and is adored by everyone who meets him.

Naturally laid-back and easy-going, he adapts well to his rider while always remaining sensible and genuine. He has balanced paces, an athletic jump, and a willing attitude, making him a versatile horse who enjoys a varied life.

Gin has competed up to 80cm with me and schools comfortably around 85cm–1.05m at home. Prior to coming to me, he jumped clear rounds at 1.15m in Germany and Ireland. Honest and forgiving over fences, he is unfazed by fillers, rides the same in new arenas and is genuine to bad lines and strides. (Trust me I've tried them all 😂🫣)

On the flat, he has consistently scored around 70% at unaffiliated novice dressage with positive judges' comments. He is continuing to develop his lateral work and shows plenty of potential.

He has also started cross-country, proving bold and willing, jumping fences up to 80–90cm. He enjoys his work and takes new experiences in his stride.

Excellent to travel, clip, shoe, bath, and handle. Good at new venues, happy to go out alone, and sensible around machinery and traffic. Snaffle-mouthed at all times and never strong or silly in open spaces.

A much-loved horse with a kind nature and excellent manners. Easy to manage, good around children, and a pleasure to have on the yard.

Passed a five-stage vetting when purchased and is fully up to date with everything. Physio reports available to serious enquiries.

This is a difficult sale, so the right home is the priority. Gin would suit a competent amateur, riding club rider, or someone looking for a quality all-rounder with scope to progress.
