- He has been out and about to shows ridden and in hand, and been on a few yard holidays where he behaved perfectly.
- Went to his first fun ride recently with a young rider who'd only ridden him a few times previously and had a great time, was not upset when horses overtook, separated from others doing a shorter route without fuss, and cantered sensibly in open space.
- Good to travel in a horsebox or trailer, is sometimes sticky to load but I've always managed to load him within about 10 minutes on those occasions. Previously I used to take him out in a 3.5t box and once he was familiar with the box he would happily get straight on.
- Has done some trick training and is responsive to clicker training/positive reinforcement (very food motivated!)
- Good to lead from another horse, I used to do this a lot before my other horse sadly passed away and it was a great way of getting him experience out hacking!
- Excellent feet, has never needed shoes, good to trim.
- Lives out well or is happy to come in to a stable.
- Tack and a few rugs available to go with him.
- I have owned him for nearly 6 years, very sad sale due to personal circumstances, to a good home only. He is still relatively young and learning so may not suit a family buying their first pony unless they have a good amount of previous experience or a knowledgeable support network.
