A genuine, experienced all-rounder who has spent the last eight years in the same loving home.

Justin has enjoyed a varied career including hacking, schooling, dressage, show jumping, cross-country, pleasure rides and fun rides. Before joining us he worked in a riding school, giving him a wealth of experience, and has since become a much-loved family horse.

He hacks confidently in company and has extensive real-world mileage. He is excellent in traffic, happy with tractors, lorries, bridges, country lanes and varied environments, and happily goes in front or behind. He has completed evening and night rides and has even led other horses from horseback.

On the ground, Justin is an affectionate, people-orientated horse with a real character. He's often described as being more like an overgrown dog than a horse, enjoying fuss, attention and spending time with his people. He forms deep bonds with those he trusts and is a wonderful companion as well as a riding horse.

Justin is an intelligent, kind Thoroughbred who thrives on connection with his rider. He is happiest hacking in company and would ideally suit a home where he has another horse to hack with or someone who enjoys riding with friends. When hacking alone he naturally goes into "health and safety mode", slowing down to assess situations rather than rushing into them. He is best suited to a calm, confident rider who enjoys building a genuine partnership.

He isn't a push-button horse; he is a genuine partner for someone who enjoys building a trusting relationship. The more time you invest in him, the more confident, relaxed and rewarding he becomes.

He enjoys exploring new routes, schooling, popping fences, pleasure rides and a good canter across open ground. He has competed at local dressage and has happily been ridden by sensible younger riders.

He is good to catch, load, travel, clip, shoe and handle, with no stable vices. He lives out all year round but is equally happy to come into a stable when needed and adapts well to a varied routine.

Recently vet checked, seen by the equine dentist, freshly shod, vaccinations and worming are up to date. Open to any vetting at the purchaser's expense.

He comes with a quality selection of tack, rugs and equipment, allowing him to move straight to his new home with everything he needs.
