"Mason: talented, steady, reliable, amateur dream horse" Bay Gelding All Rounder

Mason is an incredibly honest and uncomplicated 15.3h, rising 5yo bright bay purebred Connemara gelding.

He has already competed at training shows, hunted, and been cross country schooling several times. He behaves perfectly in new places- he has an extraordinarily mellow and self-confidence personality.

Mason loves jumping and is currently schooling 1.10m with our rider with clear room for more.

We consider Mason an ideal amateur ride, as he is extremely forgiving to a bad distance, and never hot, sharp, bold, or strong before or after the fence.

We strongly believe Mason is an ideal choice for a teen coming off ponies or amateur adult, as he is steady, dependable, extremely sensible and easy to ride.

He is kind-hearted, friendly, and a confidence-giver as he will always, always jump. He does not require a lot of leg to stay going, but maintains a steady rhythmic canter without getting fast.

He is settled and calm in new places, never spooky or nervous

Mason is easy to ride in the contact in a snaffle

He loves hacking, alone or in company and is unphased by tractors, cows, machinery, and traffic of all kinds

He is scopey and brave enough to make an 1.10+ showjumper or eventer in the right hands, and has stunning movement for dressage or showing classes

Mason is a yard favourite and we look forward to watching the promising career ahead of him. He is a perfect, safe partner for an amateur, teen, or mother/daughter duo, or a professional looking to develop his talent further

He can live out or in with zero change to his personality

He is extremely gentle and anyone can shoe, catch, tie, plait, wash, and handle him. He loves attention and enjoys spending time with his people, a true in-your-pocket type

Mason is open to any vetting
