Belle - spicy pocket rocket, fun but safe

Belle is looking for her forever home due to a change in personal circumstances and most importantly, because she deserves someone who has the time she deserves.

Belle is a very forward, strong and spicy little standardbred mare. She is not kick-along or ploddy pony and she absolutely enjoys getting on with things. She can get wound up and is strong when excited, so she needs a confident, capable teenager or small adult who genuinely enjoys a forward going horse.

That said, she is also incredibly sae. She has never reared or bucked with me and despite being hot and forward, she has a lovely temperament and is a really fun horse to have around.

She has done pleasure rides, beach rides, local shows and arena hires. She hacks alone or in company and is happy to go first or last. She is good in open spaces and has been regularly hacked out with me. Excellent in traffic and generally very sensible in situations that matter.

She is good to shoe, clip and load and is up to date with vaccinations, dentist and farrier.

She is still green in the school, but she is willing and has plenty of potential for someone who wants to put heir own stamp on her.

Belle would suit someone looking for a fun, forward, spicy little pocket rocket rather than a quiet schoolmaster. She has plenty of personality and will keep her rider interested, but underneath the fire she is a genuinely safe and kind mare.

Please only get in touch if you are specifically looking for a forward going horse and have the experience and confidence to ride one. I would much rather be brutally honest about Belle from the outset than have people come to view her expecting something she isn't.

This is a very difficult decision and finding Belle the right forever home is extremely important to me. No time wasters or joy riders please.
