"Albert" Bay Gelding All Rounder
Great to hack alone or in company
Low mileage but quick learner
Jumping BE90 XC fences
Honest sale, full history known
Albert is a lovely homebred 6yo 16hh. Sired by Nelson Z, his Irish dam is still sound & out competing SJ at 26yrs.
He’s low mileage, having spent his 4 & 5yrs hacking. He’s quickly progressed in the past few weeks, jumping BE80/90 fences, SJ courses with fillers and nice paces developing on the flat.
He’s more of a confidence giving RC type than a sharp warmblood competition type. But still needs an experienced rider with him being relatively new to XC.
He’s fantastic to hack, alone or in company, great with all farm vehicles, bicycles etc. Not spooky, rides more like a 12yo than a 6yo. Great to lead, lunge, clip, shoe, etc.
He wants a varied home, ideally suited to eventing or all riding club disciplines. He would also be a fantastic, safe hunt horse, and has a good amount of bone.
He will only go to the best of homes, he’s the only foal his breeder has bred, but sadly she can’t keep him due to being in her 70s & giving up riding.
He does windsuck hence bargain price.
