Holly fell in love with all things equestrian when she was five. Sadly, at age eighteen she had to stop riding due to poor health – eventually being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, dehydrated discs of the L4, L5, and S1, and hyper-mobility syndrome. Four years ago, she began physiotherapy and now, after seven years of barely riding, she is getting back in the saddle and hopes to event once again. Holly hopes her blogs will offer solutions to problems many horse riders face, such as horses that rush jumps or struggle with suppleness, as well as providing an insight into equestrian life from an average, everyday rider point of view.
