I would highly recommend I.C.E Horseboxes! I absolutely love my horsebox — the build quality is fantastic. As a younger driver, I found it really easy and comfortable to drive, which made a huge difference for me. I also had a horse who previously hated loading, but she took to this box so well, which says a lot. It’s incredibly spacious, and the living area in the back is lovely and well thought out. Some of my favourite features have to be the hose attachment and the fan — it’s been an absolute lifesaver being able to hose my horse off easily and always have water on hand. Having had a horse that was hot, the fan really helped her keep cool. The storage is also 10/10, with plenty of space for everything I need. On top of that, the company itself is just as impressive. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly, always happy to answer any questions I had. Overall, a fantastic company run by lovely people, building truly brilliant horseboxes.

I waited a full month before writing this review so I could give a genuine perspective after using the horse box several times. From the very beginning, the ordering process was incredibly simple and completely stress‑free. We explained to Cathy that we needed the horse box for one‑day eventing, with a comfortable space to sit, enjoy a cup of tea, and stay dry — and she delivered exactly what we were looking for. Delivery even arrived earlier than expected. Tommy brought the box over and gave us a thorough demonstration of everything, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Now, a month on, all I can say is: wow. It has exceeded every expectation we had. The quality is outstanding — genuinely a cut above any other horse boxes we’ve seen. It has everything we imagined and more.

I recently purchased a lovely Cooke 3.5t from ICE Horseboxes. It had been taken in part exchange, so was second hand rather than their own new-build, but it was in immaculate condition. At viewing there were a couple of small niggles, and Cathy immediately offered to straighten these out prior to purchase. We are very happy with the box and the service received. Many thanks.
