Rock House Stables

We bought a lovely horse unseen from Rock House Stables in May and he is exactly as described. He's a lovely safe all rounder who is happy to step up a level for my 13 year old daughter to ride. The whole experience has been a great one, the vetting and transport were organised. Thank you for letting us buy Pokodot.

Having purchased my wonderful mare from rock house unseen and tried I can honestly next time I want another great horse I'll be straight back there! Jen was fantastic to deal with 100s of videos and photos of Carla and very honest description and following discussions. She also sorted all the transport to the UK for me too as I had no idea how. I've had Carla a year now (so any New horse blinkers are off) and can still say she's EXACTLY as described and and absolute credit to the teams breaking and training skills.

Bought Madam Milltown now called Clover 3 weeks ago and she is what she was described as in advert. Such a kind and honest mare. Really can’t wait for our future 🤩

Bought a connemaracross gelding in spring 2026 and recieved a lovely pony. We asked for a safe and reliable pony with sensible gaits, and we have ended up with a wonderfully pleasant young gelding. He is exactly what we asked for so far! It is important to give newcomers time to acclimatize and to ensure they have peace and quiet. Rushing into training or into the competition arena does not pay off in the long run. Remember that they are going through a challenging journey and that their entire world is changing. Our pony from Rock House Stable was a bit uncertain at first but is settling in quickly thanks to our consistent, reassuring routines. A fantastic pony, despite his young age!
