I rarely leave reviews on businesses or services but feel I have to on this occasion. We have become landlords almost by accident and wanted an agency who offered a full service to help us let our property and to make sure we followed best practice for our tenants. Sammi, Tom and the team at Boatwrights have been excellent; prompt and informative communication, thoroughly professional yet friendly and approachable as well. We cannot recommend them highly enough and no surprise that every review is a five star, it's difficult to imagine their approach not offering complete satisfaction to landlords and tenants alike.

Absolutely brilliant. Boatwrights made the process nice and smooth from viewing through to the application process and moving in. Both Sammi and Thomas were fantastic helping us rent our new home. Especially Thomas who was always available for any questions we had (which were quite a few). He was very friendly and polite, putting us at ease with all the steps along the way.
