I would be vigilant when purchasing hay cobs,
In the past few months I have unfortunately picked up 4/5 mouldy bags! Very disappointing knowing I’d got all the way to the yard and had to drive all the way back to swap them or get a refund.
I have swapped 2 bags and both new bags were also mouldy,
I won’t buy haycobs again now because this is happening far too often,2 of my clients have had the same issue.
I have emailed thunderbrooks via both of their emails and still not heard anything back,appalling customer service.
So very disappointed
