About our business
Freelance land agent and consultant specialising in rural security, countryside, equestrian, estate and rural land management, advice and consultancy services.
My clients range from large farming or country estates, high value rural properties and private estates to schools, farms, smallholdings, game shoots, fisheries, wildlife trusts, equestrian premises and individual properties but the majority of my clients are on a much smaller scale. My aim is to provide professional advice that enables you to make informed decisions to generate the most out of your land and create the land or estate that you need or want. I provide a remote estate and land management service giving you specialist land and estate management on the end of a phone or email, backed up with site visits when required on a retained or ad-hoc basis whether that’s to provide specialist support direct or to manage a farm on a short term basis between tenants.

With a decade of service as a dedicated Rural and Wildlife Crime Officer with a UK police force preventing and investigating rural crime, I am increasingly asked for consultancy and advice by new and existing clients in agricultural, equestrian and countryside sectors for:
