At last, a general purpose saddle specifically designed for your broader horse. Designed with this special conformation in mind, you will enjoy better riding balance and support in the Arena Cob General Purpose saddle. Whether participating in flatwork, jumping or simply out hacking, adjustable features ensure your horse is as comfortable as you are.

For the traditional rider who wants a “proper” leather saddle, yet also requires the adjustability of the HART technology. The Arena saddles takes all this into account with their European leather seat, knee pads, sweat flaps and panel top whist offering a low care synthetic panel underneath (the surface area that sits on the horses back)

EASY-CHANGE® Fit Solution

The EASY-CHANGE® Fit Solution is a customisable saddle fitting system designed to grow with your horse. It combines adjustable gullet bars (available in sizes from XW to 4XW) with a riser system that allows your saddle fitter to fine-tune the saddle’s fit. This means your saddle can adapt as your horse’s shape changes or even be adjusted for a completely new horse—no permanent changes required!

CAIR® Cushion System

The CAIR® Cushion System replaces traditional flocking with air-filled panels to ensure your horse’s ultimate comfort. These sealed panels work by evenly distributing the rider’s weight across your horse’s back, helping to eliminate pressure points and allowing the panels to move and mould with your horse’s working muscles. This means your horse can enjoy complete freedom of movement, improved blood flow, and support for muscle development.

Please note: The CAIR cushions are completely sealed and do not need inflating.

It is always best to seek Saddle fitting advice from a professional before purchasing or fitting an Arena saddle as it is not just as simple as changing the gullet plate width. The saddle may also need some panel adjustment with specific shimming in areas lacking on the topline or shape of the horse. Our saddle fitters love the Arena saddles due to the variety of models they offer to cover the broad spectrum of horse shapes and sizes.
