Launched in 2019, Burrington Horseboxes was founded in response to the demand for quality built horseboxes that can be driven on a B class licence and weigh 3500kg. As horse owners ourselves, we attend events around the country and have experienced many of the challenges and demands facing riders, so we understand the importance of having reliable transport for you and your horse.

For the last decade our team have developed through the motorhome industry with successful motorhome hire, sales and servicing businesses. The progression into horsebox conversion and sales was a very natural and complimentary one (and we're definitely used to driving big vehicles around). Seeing the troubles that riders and owners face with transport, compared to the ease and joy that many of our previous customers had with our motorhomes, we came to the conclusion that maybe we could help.

Working in partnership with our conversion factory, we source donor vehicles ready for your custom build. These vehicles are converted into three main layouts, each tailored to the different needs that horse owners have. From day-to-day use and hacking, a single day event to overnight living.

That's far from all though. Each model is then be customised to your own individual desire and budget with a range of options, including a horse cam, choice of partitions and cooking facilities. You can even select your own colour and graphics for your horsebox.
