Super genuine fun and talented all rounder

Low mileage, very sweet nature and genuine type.

Went to her first show 4/2/24 BSJA and jumped a super confident fluent round with petite 14yo girl.

Mabel is a super brave and genuine allrounder.

She will jump anything you put in front of her, off any stride, literally just point and poke. Never looks or backs off anything. Happily takes a miss.

She behaved impeccably out hunting on her first time. Also with petite 14yo girl. Jumping anything put in front of her.

She excels cross country also jumping anything you face her with! And loves beach rides and going in the sea!

She’s anyone’s to hack - will happily hack alone or in company, first or last and is not spooky at all.

Schooling wise she has not done an awful lot, but has good established walk trot and canter - just needs a little more work on balance in a small space. Very quick to pick up new things and was making advances with lateral work and work within the paces.

Loves pole work and is super careful. What she really loves though is jumping, which I don’t do - hence her going to trainer.

She’s a smart horse who likes and needs a job and she just isn’t getting the time with me. No nervous novices due to the fact she needs more schooling and although a safe hack she is a big, strong horse that needs an occasional reminder of boundaries.

Good to catch, clip, load etc. Not mareish on the ground. Lives out currently in a small herd but equally happy stabled.

When she isn’t being worked regularly she has been known for a small buck when going into canter when in the school. It’s usually only ever into canter transitions and small, does settle.

Needs a gentle but confident rider to bring her on. There’s no nastiness in her - she can just have the odd opinion as some mares can.

Up to date with everything, just had full mot ready to go.

In the right hands she will be a great hunting horse, showjumper or all rounder/ happy hacker.

Home more important than price. Available at a fraction of her price for a quick sale due to owner circumstances.

Offers invited around mid-upper 4 figures. However price will increase with the more experience she gains on outings in the time she is still available with us.
