Ideally within 30 minutes from Exeter.
My main priority is that the foal will be raised with Natural Horse Care principles at there heart. Such as lots of time spent with other horses (herd life), lots of turn out, 24/7 access to forage, minimal stabling, species specific diet.
When it comes to the point that the foal will be weaned (no earlier than 6 months) ideally 7-10months. This should be done as sensitively as possible, as we know weaning trauma is nearly impossible to undo later in life.
From the point of agreeing to buy the foal i will pay all vets bills and feed costs as well as contribute to livery until this foal is weaned. I will then either move the foal if the breeder wants or pay livery to keep it at the breeders place if that's an option.
