Hiya - I am a Vet Physio student (Masters) at Nottingham and am looking for a horse to come and join the family.
I have been looking for a while and am still happy to travel for the right horse. I lost my forward going mate last year and there has been a huge void in my life.
Please have a look below and do let me know if you have anything that may be suitable. Any horse will be on full livery at a local yard and be treated like a member of the family. I am not after a 'stepping stone' horse, but one that I can have great adventures with for years to come.
No cobs or Tbs please.
Ideally after a mare but also forward going gelding
Aged between 5-12
Needs to be safe and sane and able to hack alone.
No rearers or bolters - don't mind small excited bucks
16hh or over - I am tall with long legs and weigh 10 stone
Needs to have basic flat work and be used to schooling
No on going medical problems (don't mind the odd sarcoid)
Needs to be forward and brave and look after the rider. needs to be willing to jump but mainly RC type activities.
Must load in a trailer
I spend a lot of time with a horse and am happy to bring something back to fitness and just want them to be a nice person. A horse to me is a member of the family and will be treated as such.
I can get references from several vets, trainers, and other professionals in the south west. I have had my confidence rattled with a previous horse. I can provide evidence from the uni as well to confirm I am a student. I am extremely passionate about horses and would be able to offer a loving and knowledgeable home.
Please do get in touch if you have something available or would like to chat further and discuss budget etc.
Many thanks :)
