15.2hh just turned 12 year old chestnut TB gelding from a non racing background - his full history from birth is known.
I bought Bear in February of this year after sadly losing my cob. He is the sweetest little man, loves snuggles/fuss/being brushed, but it proving to be greener than I anticipated. I suffered an injury in April and have since decided upon returning to riding I will need something more established.
Bear was a late starter, and is very low mileage. Broken at 7 then had been turned away until I purchased him in February. Since my injury Bear has continued his education on schooling livery with a local rider, proving to work well in the school and hacking alone and in company, and has been competed at small unaffiliated dressage competitions. Bear will continue his education there until he finds his perfect new human.
Bear is brilliant to bath, load and travel, I’ve clipped his fetlocks and he wasn’t bothered at all, brilliant for the dentist- he’s had the dentist twice with me. Great to catch. He is up to date with physio, vaccs, teeth and shoeing. Very good doer, happy living out 24/7.
I absolutely adore this horse and the right home is exceptionally important to me, I am eager to find Bear a home with a sympathetic, understanding rider who will do him justice, he is very genuine, but green. Not looking for someone who sees Bear as a project to sell on again.
