Sweet 15hh mare

Orla is a Connemara X. Approx 15hh mare. Looking for her forever home, this is incredibly hard for me as lack of time and personal circumstances have forced me to sell my special girl. She will only be going to the very best of homes, no first time horse owners or beginners need apply. Orla is 7 years old but wasn't started until she was 4 and is quite low milage for her age. However will school nicely, has only popped small jumps at about 50-60cm as I have mostly focused on her flat work. However if jumping is your thing she is very willing :) She can put in the odd buck when she gets fitter / cantering in open spaces, however 95% of the time is an angel. Hacking she's a gem when with others prefers to follow rather than lead, she can nap when alone and will test her luck as she takes confidence from the rider (typical stubborn characteristics from the Connie in her). Therefore Orla is looking for an experienced, lightweight adult or teen, ideally has experience with nappy horses and has the confidence to ride her through her silly moments.

Orla parks at the mounting block and is generally a lovely girl, who will do anything for a treat or a scratch. Loves attention from horses or humans. Fine with dogs. Is an easy keeper throughout the year. Is good for the farrier currently has just front shoes on and this suits her as we dont do tons of road work. The price is £5,500 this is to include her saddle, bridle & a couple of rugs. We are based in Northamptonshire with trial facilities.
