We have used him largely as a lead rein pony but he has also done some lead rein work. We bought him from a dealer who was using him in their riding school prior to sale.
His exact age is unknown as he is on a replacement passport, vet estimates between 12-14yrs.
He is great with the farrier and is barefoot.
He lives on a small holding used to tractors, quad bikes, dogs, chickens, and even highland cows!
He is up to date with all his vaccinations, worming, feet, etc
He will come with all his rugs and tack which we have bought for him.
He needs to be kept separate from mares when they are in season. He is not a rig but acts like one when mares in season.
He can only see out of one eye but this does not bother him. He still has the eye and can see some shadows. Whatever caused the injury to his eye happened before we owned him.
He also has a dust allergy so needs less dusty hay or haylage. We had him living out all summer and could probably live out all year but we stable our other horse so we bring him in at this time of year too.
Please let me know if I can answer any other questions, he really is a super wee pony and would love to find him a loving new home. I can also supply some videos.
