Rising 6yo 14hh British Riding Pony by Helsington Dark Secret

Charlie is a super sweet character with 3 excellent paces, he has a good hind leg & his walk is enormous . Really easy on the ground, good to clip, travel, farrier (currently barefoot with good feet), hack etc. Although green in the school at the moment, he has a lot of potential for the higher levels and I have no doubt he will make a super future FEI pony. I haven’t jumped him but he’s done poles which he found easy so I would imagine he’d jump well.

Given his age and greenness, Charlie is very sensitive under saddle, and would not be suitable for a young child or nervous rider. He has not got a nasty bone in his body but he needs an experienced rider to give him the confidence he needs. He would be perfect for a competent teenager looking to produce a pony up the levels or alternatively a small adult. He needs a quiet and sympathetic rider to get the very best out of him.
