SOLD FROM FIELD.

Please read fully!

It is with a heavy heart that I’m sadly having to put Millie Moo up for sale due to personal circumstances.

Millie is a 12.3hh traditional cob. She is being sold from field due to not being in work this year however it won’t take much to bring her back into full time work, she’s a lovely little cob with a heart of gold.

Millie is not a novice ride. She has a strong personality and can be opinionated so she’s definitely not a first pony however for a lightweight, quiet and confident jockey she’s great fun.

Millie doesn’t like to hack alone however with encouragement, she will but prefers to hack in company. Millie is fantastic to hack once out and whilst I personally dislike the term ‘bombproof’ (horses are horses and no horse is totally bombproof in my opinion lol) she is as close to that term as you can get.

Millie has hacked out in the heaviest of traffic, she has experienced everything from tractors to plant machinery, artic lorries, motorbikes and has never put a foot wrong.

Millie is totally green in the school as she’s only ever been used for light hacks so this is an area that will need work however with time and patience she could be amazing.

On the ground, Millie is a delight to lead and can be turned out by the smallest of children. She will let anyone sit on her and absolutely loves a fuss. Moo isn’t keen on her back legs being lifted due to having previous bad experiences with her legs however we have worked solidly on this and she is absolutely fine for the farrier, she just requires a calm and quiet no nonsense approach.

Millie will live in or out quite happily. She’s currently out at the minute and absolutely fine, she’s a very easy mare to have around and doesn’t require much.

Millie is a sensitive mare and very stubborn about what she likes and dislikes. She was a project for us and she’s come so far in the time we have had her but sadly due to ill health and having a second pony, I’m struggling to give her the time she needs and I feel like she’s wasted with me and could do so well with someone who has the time for her.

This is a very very sad sale and if there was any way I could keep her, I would but due to personal circumstances I’m struggling with two and I can’t give her the life she deserves. I’m absolutely heartbroken to have come to the point where I need to sell her but I’m in a position where I don’t have the choice currently.

Millie has so much potential to excel in everything with the time and commitment put in and she’s the absolute sweetest mare you could ever meet, she deserves nothing but the best and she will only go to homes that can give her that.
