Free Delivery - UK Mainland
If you spend £65 or more, we offer a fantastic FREE delivery service. (*Your delivery address must be based in UK mainland to qualify for free delivery, this excludes Channel Islands, Islands of Scotland and Highlands). Orders sent on a Free Delivery service will arrive within 10 working days.
Standard Delivery - UK Mainland
Using our Standard Delivery service, your order should be with you within 3-4 working days from placing your order (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Next Day Delivery - UK Mainland
We will dispatch your order the same day if you place your order before 2pm (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Next day orders must be placed before 2pm to guarantee this service and the delivery address must be UK mainland*. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday only so if an order is placed after 2pm on a Thursday it will be delivered the following Monday.

We have set prices online to ship to European and international locations. Please note these prices are not based on the weight of your parcel therefore if you would like to contact our team directly for a quote then we would be happy to take your order over the phone. In some cases, your order may incur a surcharge due to being oversize or overweight, if this should happen we will be in contact as soon as possible. If you do not wish to pay the surcharge, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded in full.
Rest of the World
We may be able to deliver to other countries but cannot guarantee this as it may not be included in our contract with our couriers. If you would like a delivery quote for an order to be sent to a country that is not included in the above list please contact us by email including your full address and the items you require so we can provide a quote.
Customers may return any item within 14 working days for a full refund or exchange providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition, in the original packaging and with original labels still attached where applicable.
All returned packages must include a completed Horsemart Returns Form.
Returns labels must NOT be stuck to the product packaging (eg boot boxes) and should be secured to suitable outer packaging that protects the product packaging.
Horsemart reserve the right to refuse returns or make a partial refund at our discretion if items are not returned and received in an entirely re-saleable condition. Please note that if items are not considered to be in a resalable condition then a re-stocking fee may be charged.
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must report the damage to Horsemart within 7 working days of receipt of the item. We regret that we may not be able to offer a full refund if the damage is not reported within this time.
If the incorrect item is received, this also must be reported within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
If an item is faulty, the customer must report the fault to Horsemart immediately. All goods are subject to the manufacturer's guarantee and in some circumstances, it may be more beneficial to deal with and send goods back direct to the manufacturer. Horsemart will advise the customer if this is the best course of action. We recommend that items are sent back using a tracked courier method especially for items with a value of £50 or more. Our returns label system provides this service for only £5. Faulty items cannot be replaced until the manufacturer has agreed to a replacement, please allow up to 30 days for this to be processed. If no fault is found with the item, a service and postage charge may be applicable.
Please allow at least 7 working days for returns to be processed from receipt at Horsemart. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for funds to arrive in your account where a refund is approved.
