is little mare is a 5 years old 12.1 and is a welsh part bred

This mare has talent to burn and has 3 established paces. She hacks alone and in company and has shown real scope over a fence being very careful, bold and willing and I do believe with the right rider could go up the levels.
She's bare foot and up to date with worming teeth and back.
