She is absolutely not suitable for any nervous/novice/wobbly children nor anyone that rides with their hands too much. Rosa knows her job and wants to get on and do it. She is quirky, can throw a stop in now and then, can leap around the warm up if she’s particularly excited and we don’t take her in the ring to collect rosettes as it’s just not worth the stress. She’s a machine and a little pocket rocket, is super quick and really enjoys what she does. My daughter has jumped her in the bronze league final and stepping stones final at nationals this year, and she’d comfortably jump springboard/discovery with a smaller jockey.
Cross country she’s insane and seems to really enjoy this, we have done mounted games and while she’s good at it and not phased by anything it does blow her mind a little.
Road hacking she’s amazing, likes to be infront but not phased by bikes/lorries/tractors etc.
She will not go to anyone that will try and change her way of going or that can’t love her for what she is. The right home and right jockey is paramount.
Hundreds of videos available. Please no video collectors, this has been an incredibly difficult decision as we adore her so much but she’s too young to be a field ornament/happy hacker.
