Part ownership of beautiful thoroughbred mare Belle

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I’m selling my share of Belle. Belle is 16.1 ROR, 5 year old Thoroughbred Mare. She is very well mannered on the ground, good with grooming, shoeing, tacking up, comes to call etc. She is a genuine, kind mare. But can be protective in her stable around feed. Belle is still very green, however I’m sure will turn her hoof to many disciplines with the right training. The other half of Belle is owned and ridden by a 12 year old. Currently stabled and to stay on current yard which is a riding school/livery yard based in Waltham abbey, Essex. A written contract will be put in place. Belle will require a confident rider/handler to help continue her training. (Her training commenced in March 2023) Someone over the age of 16 to help bring on her ridden career.
