Lucy is a cob mare standing at 12.1hh. Lucy is looking for either a companion home or a home with a lightweight teenager or adult who would have the time and experience to back Lucy so she could be ridden and further her education. Lucy can be nervous of new handlers and is unsure of fast movements and for this reason we don't feel she would suit having children handle her. She is currently handled by the grooms daily and is good to catch, lead and brush if done quietly, however she can still be unsure of having her back feet touched, this has become much better and Lucy will need her adopter to regularly handle her to continue this improvement. Lucy is a friendly member of our mixed herd and is happy living in or out. She is passported, microchipped and vaccinated.
