Looking for Genuine Allrounder

I am looking to purchase a pony for my daughter since she has outgrown her previous pony. Looking for something between 13.2h and 14.2h depending on the build.Ideally no younger than 4 or older than 12, but can be slightly flexible on the height and age. My daughter is a capable rider, but we are looking for something that is excellent in traffic and doesn't have any quirks or vices and isn't strong or sharp.
