Looking for a horse (15.0 or taller)

I am a 21 year old girl looking to buy my first horse. I am 5'9, 11 stons. Dont mind mare or gelding, as long as its over 15.0. No preference on breed. I am confident in walk, trot and canter.

I want a horse for hacking and either jumping or dressage.
Previously had a loan horse but sadly had to end it.
Will not pay more than 1500, as I would rather spend my money spoiling my horse.
