Land / paddock or small field wanted to rent

Reposting advert for land to rent privately for exercising and training with our two dogs.

Border collies – both trained, well behaved, friendly, socialised, farm / horse friendly, livestock safe, fully insured, vet registered and all up to date.

6yr unregistered bitch with superb nature and safe around all livestock.

4yr old ISDS registered male (neutered) passed on to us as a non-worker. Also has superb nature, gentle and placid temperament. Could not care any less for sheep or be more safe and suitable around livestock.

Main activities would be bringing on younger dog with scenting / tracking and general dossing and playing with Frisbee / fun agility course and trick-training etc.
Unused, overgrown and secluded areas particularly with nearby woodland and off-track road perfect for scenting and tracking.

More than happy with anything that needs fixing up and will meet costs. Flexible in terms of days, times and can work around to suit. If land is shared and / or only available part time - no problem.

With the last nearby space now earmarked for 36 new builds just 20-30ft from my front door, making one last ditch, slightly hopeless and soul destroying bid in the hope someone might just have a patch or small corner of field. Keep seeing land for sale or rent but hundreds of acres which is even more frustrating given that we'll skip, jump and cartwheel for just 1-2 acres.
