We are pleased to offer Jaq, a striking 16.3hh, 12-year-old Thoroughbred gelding, now available for rehoming. The perfect home for him would be one that focuses on dressage and hacking, where he can continue to thrive although he could dabble in fun days around SJ and XC courses.

Jaq is up-to-date on all vaccinations, dental, and farrier care. Additionally, his full wardrobe, including a Fairfax monoflap saddle, is available through separate negotiations.

During his racing career, Jaq demonstrated bravery and athleticism, traits that continue to shine in his current work.

Jaq has a gentle and endearing personality, making him a joy to handle on the ground. He stands calmly for the farrier and is easy to manage around the yard, even when mucking out. Under saddle, he shows versatility—he excels in novice-level dressage and is a confident jumper. While he is happy to hack alone, he prefers to be in company as he can be a little spooky when out on his own.

Jaq’s character and talents make him a wonderful companion for a rider looking to enjoy both dressage and hacking. For those interested, his tack and equipment can be purchased separately.
