16HH 6yr old Gelding

No Breeding recorded but told sired by Oldlands Vivaldi

****Videos were taken 3 months ago, he is now coming back into work, owner does not have any facilities to ride in winter as only has the field.*****

In the School, Dennis works nicely on the flat. He works in a natural outline in walk trot and canter, he is a nice forward and responsive ride.

Hacking, Dennis loves hacking and reacts well to new things out and about, He has hacked all our country lanes and has passed big traffic eg tractors etc. Dennis also enjoys looking after 6yr old Felicity and her pony so has to be sensible to accompany these 2 out in the roads. Jumping, Dennis is straight forward to ride to a fence and is very careful, he has also taken a rider missing a stride and really helps his jockey out of trouble, He has jumped up to 1.05 with plenty of scope in the tank go higher. He has been jumped here by a 12yr old boy and 13yr old girl and really looked after them (videos at bottom of advert) He is keen to a fence so is not for a novice or nervous rider, he wants to be winning classes!

Dennis has been fab in open spaces and not forward or sharp, he has happily jumped logs etc

Dennis has been snaffle mouth at all times with all riders whether in the school or in open spaces!

Manners – Dennis is a lovely person and super affectionate, he loves attention! He is good to catch and stable (currently living in) He loads and travels well and has been good for the farrier. He does need sadation to clip (but honestly you can’t have it all).
We were told in his previous home he has been known to put his back up when getting on, however he has not done this with is current owner, we are told he has never done anything with is just put his back up and in our opinion, this was as a 5yr old who we are told old owners said did not work him very often.

Open to any vetting / xrays / trainers or your neighbours goldfish

This is a young talented horse who would suit a competitive rider to produce and go succeed on. He is a young horse so is not suitable for a novice or nervous rider.

Priced to sell as owner has no schooling facilities and its winter. He does not come with tack.
